MESNIÈRES-EN-BRAY COMMUNAL CEMETERY

Location Information

Mesnières-en-Bray is u village and commune 19 miles (30 kilometres) south-east of Dieppe on the D.L. road from Dieppe to Neufchatel-en-Bray. There is a railway station (Dieppe-Paris line), and a bus service to and from Dieppe and Neufchatel-en-Bray. The communal cemetery is on the north side of the village, on the D.l road, and is about 100 yards from the church, which is south-west of this road. In the north corner of the cemetery is the grave of a British soldier.


Burial Details


2879275 Private Neil Will, 1st Bn. Gordon Highlanders, died 12th June 1940, aged 25. Son of Alexander and Jane Will, of New Deer, Aberdeenshire. His headstone bears the inscription "He Was One Of The Many But He Was Ours"
