Lucy is a village and commune 20 miles (31 kilometres) south-east of Dieppe, 5 miles (8 kilometres) north of Neufchatel-en-Bray, and approximately .75 mile (1 kilometre) east of the N.314 road from Le Treport to Neufchatel-en-Bray. The nearest railway station is at Neufchatel-en-Bray, where taxis are available. The communal cemetery is some 400 yards west of the village, up a rough road leading to the N.314 road and Baillolet. Some 10 yards north of the crucifix near the eastern boundary of the cemetery is the joint grave of 2 airmen of the Royal Air Force.

His headstone bears the inscription "O For The Touch Of A Vanished Hand, And The Sound Of A Voice That Is Still!"
1606602 Sergeant Reginald James McDonald, Flight Engineer in 44 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, died 8th July 1944, aged 19. Son of Francis James McDonald and Lilian Edith McDonald, of Pennycomequick, Plymouth. His headstone bears the inscription "Worthy Of Everlasting Remembrance. R. I. P. Mum, Dad And Sister Doreen"
