1555577 Flight Sergeant Robert Robb Blair, Pilot in 257 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, died 6th July 1944, aged 23. Son of Thomas and Elizabeth Dalgliesh Blair, of Craigiebank, Dundee. Awarded a medal for gallantry by the City of Dundee, 1938. His headstone bears the inscription "Loving Son, So Generous And True, Our Dearest Possession, Memories Of You"
