3319355 Private Hugh Toman McNicol, 1st Bn. Highland Light Infantry (City of Glasgow Regiment), died 17th June 1940, aged 22. Son of Duncan McNicol, and of Margaret McNicol, of Kinning Park, Glasgow. His headstone bears the inscription "Sweet Rest Follows Pain We Who Loved Him And Miss Him Trust In God To Meet Again"
