740882 Sergeant Dennis Alfred Allen, Pilot in 3 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, died 14th May 1940, aged 20. Son of Alfred George and Doris Edith Allen, of Brighton, Sussex. His headstone bears the inscription "Shoulder To Shoulder We Will Stand, Even In Death"
