Location Information
Hengelo, a town in the province of Overijssel, is on the main road from Arnhem and North Holland to Germany (Bremen, etc.). It lies 9 kilometres north-west of Enschede. The cemetery is in Oldenzaalsestraat near the junction with Plutostraat. The entrance is behind a hedge but can be identified by the tall white wall with the letters MDCCCCX along the top. The five Commonwealth war graves can be found along the extreme right hand path after about 120 metres.
