2932244 Private Robert Atkinson, 4th Bn. Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders, died 9th June 1940, aged 21. Son of Thomas and Sarah Atkinson, of Clydebank, Dunbartonshire. His headstone bears the inscription "He Died The Helpless To Defend, A British Soldier's Noble End" "At Rest"
