This is a small town on the N.15 (Dieppe to Paris) road 34 miles (54 kilometres) south-east of Dieppe. There is a bus service to and from Forges-les-Eaux. Near the south-east corner of the churchyard is the grave of a British soldier.

3192183 Private David Arnold, 1st Bn. King's Own Scottish Borderers, died 9th June 1940, aged 21. Son of Katherine Arnold, and stepson of Thomas Lithgow, of Templand, Dumfriesshire. His headstone bears the inscription "Sleep On, Dear Son And Take Your Rest We Miss You Most Who Loved You Best"
