Perles is a village and commune 25 kilometres east of Soissons and 4 kilometres north-west of Fismes, a town on the Soissons-Reims road (N.31). There is one British grave in this churchyard, near the south-western corner of the church.

Burial Details
1896078 Sergeant Jonathan Cuffey, Air Gunner in 10 Squadron, Royal Air Force, died 29th June 1944, aged 23. Son of Jonathan Charles and Annie Celia Cuffey, of Tottenham, Middlesex. His brother Fred also died on service and is buried in
Wonseradeel (Makkum) Protestant Churchyard in the Netherlands.
