Location Information
The village and commune of Luray lies about 3 kilometres south-east of Dreux, a town on the main road (N.12) from Paris to the west of France. The communal cemetery is approximately a kilometre east of the village, on the D.929 road from Dreux to Nogent-le-Roi. Near the centre of the cemetery are the graves of two airmen of the Royal Canadian Air Force who died during the 1939-1945 War.

J/20157 Flying Officer Joseph William Henry Conway, D. F. C. Pilot in 268 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force, died 4th July 1944, aged 26. Son of Leonard and Ellen Conway, of East Angus, Province of Quebec, Canada.
J/12556 Flight Lieutenant Stewart Kitchener Walker, Pilot in 122 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force, died 15th August 1944, aged 27. Son of Harold Guy and Clara Walker, of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. INSCRIPTION. HIS BODY LIES HERE, BUT HIS MEMORY IS FOREVER IN THE HEARTS OF HIS LOVED ONES.
