La Frénaye is a village and commune 24 miles (38 kilometres) east of Le Havre on the N.182 road from Le Havre to Lillebonne, Caudehec and Rouen, and is 2 miles (3 kilometres) east of Lillebonne.
There are bus services to Rouen, Lillebonne and Le Havre. In the churchyard, south of the west door of the church, is the collective grave of three airmen of the Royal Air Force.
