The village and commune of La Bosse is 32 kilometres north-east of Le Mans, and about 11 kilometres west of La Ferte-Bernard, a small town on the Le Mans-Chartres road (N. 23). The communal cemetery is on the eastern side of the village, about 100 yards off the road from La Ferte-Bernard.
There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1939-1945 war here, west of the Calvary in the centre of the cemetery, and near the west wall.

6279908 Corporal Archibald William George Dunk, 2nd Bn. The Buffs (Royal East Kent Regiment), died 20th July 1940, aged 40. Son of William Lewis Dunk and E. E. Dunk; husband of Louie Sarah Dunk, of St. Leonards-on-Sea, Sussex. His headstone bears the inscription "Hearts That Loved You Never Forget; In Memory You Are With Us. Sadly Missed"
