This memorial is dedicated to those who served in all conflicts to preserve our freedom

Within these walls are blessed sands from the battles at Gallipoli which soaked the blood of the Anzacs.
Lest we forget
The town directory and town map mark this as the WWII Memorial, but an inscription specifically mentions Gallipoli of World War I.
The memorial is located right on the Indian Ocean beachfront.
