Veghel is a village situated about half-way between Eindhoven and 'S-Hertogenbosch. The churchyard is about 200 metres from the market place, which is in the centre of the village. The plot of 3 headstones is located in the north-east corner of the churchyard and can be found by following the small green direction boards (WAR GRAVES -OORLOGSGRAVEN). Go right to the end of the main central path and then turn right. The graves are 30m away.

There are 2 Commonwealth burials of the 1939-1945 war here, 1 of which is unidentified. There is also 1 Polish Airman buried here.

Plutonowy Tadeusz Jozef Koloszczyk, Polish Air Force, died 27th September 1944.
1155943 Private Allen Middleton, 1st/6th Bn. The Queen's Royal Regiment (West Surrey), died 30th September 1944, aged 20. Son of Robert Percy Middleton, and of Annie Middleton, of Sheffield.
