Tull en 't Waal is 12 kilometres south of Utrecht and 55 kilometres east-north-east of Rotterdam. This small cemetery lies on the south side of the Protestant church, which is in the centre of the village. In the south-eastern corner is the joint grave of 2 British soldiers.

Died between 25th September 1944 and 26th September 1944, aged 32.
Son of Richard Boag Bell and Margaret Jane Bell; husband of Mona Bell, of Selly Oak, Birmingham.
Drowned during Operation Market Garden / Berlin, 25-26 September 1944, his body was recovered from the river Lek, near Tull en 't Waal 25 February 1945.
