Location Information

The village and commune of St. Germain-sur-Ay is some 5 kilometres north-west of Lessay, a small town on the western side of the Cherbourg peninsula. There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1939-1945 war in the churchyard, 15 metres south-west of the belfry.

D/KX 165673 Stoker 2nd Class Robert Charles Boddy, H.M.S. Charybdis, Royal Navy, died 23rd October 1943.
