The village and commune of St. Denis-d'Anjou is 10 kilometres south-west of Sable-sur-Sarthe, a small town on the Laval-La Fleche road (N.159). The cemetery is some 200 metres south of the church, on a by-road leading to the hamlet of St. Martin-les-Coins. There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1939-1945 war here, in the northern part, northwest of the path from the entrance to the monument in the centre.

Son of James and Agnes Lee, of Bolton, Lancashire; husband of Elizebeth Ellen Lee, of Bolton. His headstone bears the inscription "Resting Where No Shadows Fall In Perfect Peace He Awaits Us All"
