Location Information
St. Barthélemy is a village and commune in the Department of the Seine-et-Marne, 72 kilometres north-east of Melun, and 6.2 kilometres north-east of La Ferté-Gaucher. Take the Rue du Puis heading north from the centre of the village. After some 350 meters, fork left and the communal cemetery is immediately on the left. The grave of a British airman is near the calvary in the central path.

580948 Sergeant Norman Clifford Cotterell, Observer in 12 Squadron, Royal Air Force, died 13th June 1940, aged 20. Son of Henry George and Annie Elizabeth Cotterell, of Lee, London.
