Location Information

The village of Souain is in the commune of Souain-Perthes-lès-Hurlus, and is 30 kilometres north-west of Châlons-en-Champagne. The communal cemetery is located near to the road junction of the Chalons-en-Champagne to Attigny road with the St. Hilaire-le-Grand road, where a local road leading off to the west for 120 yards passes the cemetery. The graves of six British and one New Zealand airmen are in the northern part of the cemetery.
