Location Information

Ménil-Hubert-sur-Orne is in Normandy, about 100 kilometres south of Caen. From Caen take the M158 to Falaise. At Falaise take the M84 west to Pont-D'Ouilly, then take the B25 for a few kilometres where there should be direction signs to Ménil-Hubert. The Communal Cemetery is west of the village on the D. 25.

Son of Arthur Sydney and Isabel McNeil Miller, of Croydon, New South Wales, Australia. 

His headstone bears the inscription "He Gave His Young Life For His King And Country"

1511919 Flight Sergeant Alfred Lister, Navigator in 464 Squadron, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, died 8th August 1944, aged 21. Son of Ernest and Sarah Lister, of Clifton, Brighouse, Yorkshire. His headstone bears the inscription "In God's Gracious Keeping, Leave We Now Our Loved Ones Sleeping"
