Location Information
Maurik is a village situated some 44 kilometres north-west of Nijmegen and 11 kilometres north of Tiel, on the south side of the Neder Rhine. The cemetery lies 182 metres east of the Catholic church, on the northern side of the road to Ingen, about 273 metres from the centre of the village. The one British grave is in the south-eastern part.

His headstone bears the inscription "Jesus, Mercy! Mary, Help! On Whose Soul Sweet Jesus Have Mercy R. I. P."
