​Location Information


Louyat Communal cemetery is north of the town, just north of the town ring road at the junction of the main road (A20) north. There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1939-1945 war here in Section 76, near the Resistance Memorial.


Burial Details


1433950 Flight Sergeant Harry Reginald Hollings, Pilot in Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, died 6th March 1945, aged 21. Son of Harry and Ann Elizabeth Hollings, of Swinton, Mexborough, Yorkshire. His headstone bears the inscription "Until The Day Dawns We Will Remember"
