Location Information
Le Vaudoué is a village and commune in the Department of the Seine-et-Marne, 23 kilometres north-west of Nemours and 20 kilometres west-south-west of Fontainebleau. From the centre of Le Vaudoué, take the Rue du Palais, continue for some 360 metres and turn right into a lane leading to the communal cemetery. Midway between the west and north corners of the cemetery are the graves of 6 airmen belonging to the Royal Air Force and 1 to the Royal Canadian Air Force who died on the 4th May 1944
