The village is about 1 mile (2 kilometres) south-east of Jurques, which is on the N.177 main road which runs north-east from Vire to join the N.175 main road to Caen. There is 1 Commonwealth burial of the 1939-1945 war here, near the east end of the church

Son of James and Margaret Campbell; husband of Olive Campbell, of Harpenden, Hertfordshire. His headstone bears the inscription "Beloved Husband Of Olive And Devoted Father Of Margaret, Of Harpenden"
