Heiltz-le-Maurupt is a village and commune some 40 kilometres south-east of Châlons en Champagne, and some 20 kilometres north-east of Vitry-le-François. The Churchyard is in the centre of the village, and contains one Commonwealth war grave from the Second World War, which is located in the north-eastern corner of the churchyard.
