Cléden-Cap-Sizun is a village and commune about 41 kilometres west-north-west of Quimper and 12 kilometres west of the small town of Pont Croix. The village is situated at the junction of the secondary road from Pont Croix and a by-road to Plogoff. The communal cemetery is on the western side of the village, on the road to Plogoff. On the far left of the entrance, near the wall, is the grave of an unidentified sailor belonging to the Royal Canadian Navy.
