Location Information
The village of Warhem is 12 kilometres south-east of Dunkirk and about 5 kilometres east of Bergues.
The Cemetery is about 200 metres west of the Church on a narrow road leading towards Bergues. The Commonwealth plot is near the north western corner.

Son of Hubert Harris Drewer and Minna Little Drewer; husband of Rita Kathleen Drewer, of Millswood Estate, South Australia.
His headstone bears the inscription "Resting "Thy Will Be Done"
Studio portrait of 417818 Pilot Officer Clifford Harris Drewer, formerly a teacher of Millicent, SA, shortly after graduating from navigator training in Australia. Later promoted to the rank of Flight Lieutenant (Flt Lt), he was seconded to the RAF in the United Kingdom and attached to No. 7 Squadron. While on operations over France, Flt Lt Drewer was killed in action on 24 June 1944, aged 34. His Lancaster aircraft was reported to have crashed at approximately 1 am in a field near the village of Warhem. The remains of the crew were buried in a communal grave at Warhem cemetery, France.
