Location Information

Quend is a village and commune 50 kilometres south of Boulogne-sur-Mer on the coast road from that resort to Etaples and Rue.
​
The communal cemetery is some 270 metres north-east of the church, on the west side of the road leading to the main Abbeville-Boulogne road (N.40). One of the Commonwealth burials is in the French military plot west of the entrance, the other is at the east end near the entrance.

A. E. Watkinson, No.2 Aircraft Depot, Royal Air Force, died 17th May 1918, aged 23. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Watkinson, of 19, Fearon St., East Greenwich, London. His headstone bears the inscription "Peace Perfect Peace"

Jack Junior Ringer, Air Gunner in 427 Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force, died 9th August 1944, aged 20. Son of John Francis and Marjorie L. Ringer, of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. His headstone bears the inscription "Rest In Peace"
