Location Information

Losser is a small town 9 kilometres north east of Enschede, only 2 kilometres from the German border. Over-Dinkel, a village administered by Losser, is 4 kilometres south-east of that town and 10 kilometres north-east of Enschede. The church and churchyard are in the centre of Over-Dinkel, and the one British grave is in the north-western part of the churchyard.

Burial Details

13083737 Private John Finn,​ 288 Company, 
Pioneer Corps, died 31st May 1945, aged 30. Son of Michael and Mary Finn, of Ballinabola, Co. Wexford, Irish Republic; husband of Mary Teresa Finn, of Ballinabola. His headstone bears the inscription "Remembering You Always, My Beloved Husband. Tessie"
