Location Information
Miannay is a village and commune 8 kilometres south-west of Abbeville on the N.25 road to Dieppe. In the northern part of the churchyard, on the western side of the main path, are the graves of six soldiers who belonged to the forces of the United Kingdom. Three of them are not identified.

4273260 Fusilier Wallace Longstaff, 7th Bn. Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, died 7th June 1940, aged 24. Son of George and Helen Longstaff of Morpeth, Northumberland; husband of Florence Longstaff of Pegswood, Northumberland.
2873515 Corporal. George McMillan, 1st Bn. Gordon Highlanders, died 30th May 1940, aged 32.
2873477 Sergeant Henry Sheriffs, 1st Bn. Gordon Highlanders, died 5th June 1940, aged 33. Son of Henry and Margaret Sherriffs of Brucklay, Aberdeenshire.
